TIM GARDNER

Having honed his craft in the most celebrated eateries and night spots of London and Paris, Tim arrived in Wiltshire a decade ago, bringing with him a wealth of wine knowledge. He has forged strong and lasting relationships with our carefully selected suppliers and producers, resulting in a varied and eclectic range of wines and spirits on offer. Tim is always on hand to offer the benefit of his experience to help you find that perfect bottle for whatever the occasion.

NICK BEEDLE

Having toured the world as an acclaimed drummer, Nick headed to London in 2008, working in small independent wine shops, before moving on to Hedonism Wines in the heart of Mayfair. With more than 15 years experience in the trade, Nick relocated to Dorset with his wife, Rowena, and their four children in 2015 to further pursue his passion for wine. Five years and countless bottles later, Nick and Tim decided to join forces, and the concept of G&B was born.

ROSIE BACON

Rosie gained her experience working in one of the top cocktail bars in Western Australia, learning the art of hospitality and crafting cocktails. After 3 years Rosie returned to her home in Tisbury where she reunited with Tim and Nick for Chalke History Festival. Shortly after, she joined the company and began her wine qualifications and expanded the events side of the business. She is now events director and manages all party related details.
