Antica Distilleria Quaglia, Amaretto

Antica Distilleria Quaglia is a family distillery in Piedmont, north-west Italy, founded in 1890 and known for its traditional liqueurs and vermouths. Their Amaretto is made the old-fashioned way.

An infusion of bitter almonds in alcohol, blended with a selection of herbs, spices and sugar. Rich almond and marzipan with a gently bitter finish.

Serve: over ice, in an Amaretto Sour, poured over ice cream or in coffee.
