Terms and Conditions – Online Wine Sales


Welcome to Gardner and Beedle. By accessing and purchasing products from our website

(www.gardnerandbeedle.com) or in our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Age Restriction

[1.1] You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from this website or from our shop

[1.2] By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements.

[1.3] You may be asked to show valid ID upon delivery.


2. Pricing and Payment

[2.1] All prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (£ & GBP) and include applicable taxes unless

otherwise stated.

[2.2] Payments must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

[2.3] All wine or products remain property of Gardner and Beedle until payment has been

received in full.


3. Faulty Products / Bottle

[3.1] In the event of a bottle being out of condition (OOC) or corked. G&B will replace it free of

charge.

You must return the bottle with at least three quarters of its original contents and its original cork.

We will cover the return costs for a faulty item.


4. Order Process

[4.1] By placing an order on our Website, you offer to purchase products subject to these Terms

and Conditions.

[4.2] Once an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email, but this does not

constitute an acceptance of your order.

[4.3] We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion.


5. Delivery

[5.1] Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days from order confirmation.

[5.2] Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.

[5.3] Deliveries require a person aged 18+ to receive the order and may require ID verification.


6. Returns and Refunds

[6.1] If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving via

info@gardnerandbeedle.com or 01747 870947.

[6.2] We may request photographic evidence of damage.

[6.3] Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrect goods only.

[6.4] Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10] business days.


7. Cancellations

[7.1] Orders may be cancelled by contacting us at info@gardnerandbeedle.com or 01747 870947.

[7.2] After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

G&B complies with all applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data
