Château de Montifaud Cognac Napoléon 18 Year Old

Château de Montifaud is a family Cognac house in the Petite Champagne, one of Cognac's two finest growing areas, which gives elegant, long-ageing brandies. This Napoléon is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged between 15 and 18 years.

Notes of tea, dried flowers and vanilla.

Serve: neat after dinner in a tulip glass, perhaps with dark chocolate.
