A ripe, full-flavoured Merlot from the Aude Hauterive in the Languedoc, where warm Mediterranean sunshine gives generous, rounded reds at a very fair price.

Red fruit on the nose, with more red fruit on the palate alongside earthy truffle and black olive. Full-flavoured and well balanced, with a warm, elegant finish.

Serve with: roast beef, lamb, mushroom dishes or hard cheeses.
