Jean Luc Mouillard, Cremant de Jura NV

Crémant du Jura is the sparkling wine of France's Jura, a small, distinctive region between Burgundy and Switzerland. It is made by the traditional method (the same second fermentation in bottle as Champagne) and is a great alternative at a much lower price. Jean-Luc Mouillard is a family grower in the region.

A fruit-forward palate with fresh acidity and fine bubbles, and a vibrant nose of citrus, apple and exotic fruit.

Serve with: shellfish, grilled or poached white fish, Comté or soft cheeses.
