The Grange Classic NV

The Grange is a family estate in Hampshire, near Alresford, making English sparkling wine by the traditional method used in Champagne. Hampshire's chalk soils are remarkably similar to Champagne's. Classic is their flagship non-vintage blend.

Pale straw, with an intense nose of ripe orchard fruit and lifted citrus, with notes of almonds and buttered pastry. Nuts and honey on the palate, and a long, saline finish.

Serve with: aperitifs, oysters, smoked salmon or celebrations.
