Colomba Bianca, Lavi, Nerello Mascalese 2022

Colomba Bianca is a large grower-owned cooperative in western Sicily, and one of Italy's biggest organic producers. Their Lavi range showcases Sicily's native grapes. Nerello Mascalese is the red grape of Mount Etna, often compared to Pinot Noir for its pale colour, perfume and finesse.

Delicate aromas of rose, intertwined with wild strawberry and raspberry. Light-bodied with gentle, velvety tannins, it glides to a long, silky finish.

Serve with: tuna steak, pasta with tomato sauce, roast chicken or mushroom dishes. Lovely slightly cool.
