La Rioja Alta was founded in 1890 in Haro, in the heart of Rioja Alta, and is one of Spain's most traditional and respected bodegas. Viña Alberdi is their Reserva: classic, oak-aged Tempranillo in the elegant old-school Rioja style.

Red fruit layered with hints of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg. Lovely raspberry, strawberry and cherry aromas are well balanced by vanilla, cedar and leather notes, leading to a long, elegant finish.

Serve with: roast lamb, chorizo, grilled meats, Manchego or mushroom dishes.
