Thistledown, Thorny Devil Grenache 2022

Thistledown Wines was founded by two Masters of Wine, Giles Cooke and Fergal Tynan, to make modern, characterful Australian wines. They are passionate about Grenache from old vines in McLaren Vale, just south of Adelaide, made in a lighter, more perfumed style.

The characteristic McLaren Vale perfume and spice, with a beguiling texture and perfume that unfolds layer by layer. Delicately hued and very elegant, with vibrant wild strawberry, spice and a silky texture.

Serve with: roast lamb, duck, barbecued pork or mushroom dishes.
