Solengo, Tenuta di Argiano, 2018

Solengo is the 'Super Tuscan' from Tenuta di Argiano, a historic estate in Montalcino in southern Tuscany. Super Tuscans broke away from traditional appellation rules to blend international grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with Tuscany's own Sangiovese.

Blackberries, spice, walnuts and currants on the nose. Full-bodied.

Serve with: bistecca alla fiorentina, roast lamb, game or aged Pecorino. Decant before serving.
