Chris Ringland Reservation Shiraz 2017

Chris Ringland is a cult winemaker in South Australia's Barossa, whose top Shiraz is among the most sought-after wines in Australia. Reservation is a big, ripe Barossa Shiraz made in his opulent style.

Matured for at least 40 months in new and seasoned French oak before blending and bottling. A blackberry profile, with sweet, dark, jammy plum notes. The palate is all about sweet red berries, milk chocolate and subtle vanilla.

Serve with: barbecued beef, braised short ribs, venison or strong hard cheeses. Decant before serving.
