Produttori di Manduria is a grower cooperative in Puglia, in the heel of Italy, founded in 1932. Acid Crab is their fun, easy-drinking Negroamaro, the native red grape of Puglia's Salento peninsula.
Intense ruby red. Lively black cherry, cherry and blackberry on the nose, followed by hints of wild undergrowth and bark, with liquorice, sweet spices and classic black pepper on the finish. Easy-drinking.
Serve with: pizza, pasta, sausages or barbecues.
