Babylonstoren, Babel, 2023

Babylonstoren is a historic Cape Dutch farm in South Africa's Cape Winelands, between Paarl and Franschhoek, famous for its spectacular gardens as well as its wines. Babel is their generous red blend of seven grapes, including a touch of Pinotage, South Africa's own red grape.

Dry and full-bodied, with dark red berry and chocolate flavours, a soft mouthfeel and a juicy finish.

Serve with: barbecued meats, lamb, burgers or a braai.
