Babylonstoren Shiraz 2022

Babylonstoren is a historic Cape Dutch farm in South Africa's Cape Winelands, between Paarl and Franschhoek, famous for its spectacular gardens as well as its wines. The warm Cape sunshine gives ripe, spicy Shiraz.

A fruit-driven wine layered with dark ripe fruit such as cherry, prune and blackcurrant, with subtle hints of violets and aromatic layers of pepper and spice.

Serve with: barbecued meats, lamb, venison or a braai.
