Bodegas Emilio Moro, Finca Resalso

Bodegas Emilio Moro is a leading family winery in Ribera del Duero, in Castilla y León, where high-altitude vineyards give Tempranillo (called Tinto Fino locally) great depth and freshness. Finca Resalso comes from their younger vines and is the fruit-forward, approachable member of the range.

Deep cherry red with a violet rim. Honest, intense and very expressive on the nose, with Tempranillo's primary aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant.

Serve with: roast lamb, steak, chorizo or Manchego.
