Bouvier, Gevrey Chambertin 2022

Gevrey-Chambertin is the largest red wine village of Burgundy's Côte de Nuits and home to nine grand crus, famous for powerful, structured Pinot Noir. The Bouvier family are long-established growers in the northern Côte de Nuits.

A classic village Gevrey from three plots of 50-year-old vines. Stony, gravelly soils bring finesse to this red- and dark-fruited wine, with some structure but rounded tannins and a fresh, lifted finish.

Serve with: roast duck, game birds, beef or Époisses.
