Château Ollieux Romanis Racine

Château Ollieux Romanis is a large family estate in Boutenac, in the heart of the Corbières in the Languedoc, and one of the region's leading producers. Corbières reds blend southern grapes grown among wild herbs on rugged hillsides.

Rich red and black fruit balanced by savoury notes of rosemary, with hints of tobacco leaf and pepper.

Serve with: cassoulet, roast lamb, sausages or hearty stews.
