Chateau Clarke 2015

Château Clarke is a leading estate in Listrac-Médoc, on Bordeaux's Left Bank, owned by the Edmond de Rothschild family, who transformed it from the 1970s. 2015 was a warm, ripe vintage, and this has had time to soften and develop.

A broad, confident vintage, with ripe black fruit, red cherry and toast mingled with cedar, truffle and leather. Fleshy and rich, with generous fruit and soft, developed tannins.

Serve with: roast beef, rack of lamb, game or hard cheeses.
