Christophe Mittnacht, Pinot Noir

Domaine Christophe Mittnacht is a family estate in Hunawihr, Alsace, founded in 1958. It was certified biodynamic in 1999, one of the first in Alsace, and is now run by Christophe and Yuka Mittnacht. Pinot Noir is Alsace's only red grape, giving light, fresh, elegant reds.

A light, fresh Alsace Pinot Noir.

Serve with: roast chicken, salmon, charcuterie or tarte flambée. Lovely slightly cool.
