Crasto, Douro Red 2021

Quinta do Crasto sits on the right bank of the Douro River between Régua and Pinhão, and has been owned by the Roquette family for over a century. The name comes from the Latin castrum, meaning Roman fort. This Douro red blends the valley's classic native grapes.

Dark brambly fruit, typical Douro floral perfume, and full-bodied but fresh flavour.

Serve with: roast lamb, grilled steak, bacalhau or hearty stews.
