Domaine Cailhol Gautran 2023 Minervois 'Gamin'

Domaine Cailhol Gautran is an organic estate in the Minervois, in the Languedoc in the south of France, where sun-baked hillsides covered in wild herbs (garrigue) give warm, characterful reds. 'Gamin' is their bright, fruity red for everyday drinking.

Bright, fruit-forward and refreshingly direct, with red fruit, garrigue and a lively freshness that makes it enormously food-friendly.

Serve with: sausages, cassoulet, grilled lamb or pizza.
