Una Notte ('one night') is a light red from the Languedoc, in the south of France, made from Grenache with just one night of skin contact. It has no added sulphites.

The short skin contact gives a pure, pale cherry red and just enough tannin to bring a tickle of grip. The fruit is pure and juicy, led by macerated strawberries, cherries and redcurrants. Put it in the fridge for twenty minutes and you have red wine at its most refreshing.

Serve with: charcuterie, salads, grilled fish or a picnic. Serve chilled.
