Domaine Gardiés is a family estate in Vingrau, in the hills of Roussillon in the far south of France, farmed organically. 'On s'en Fish' (a play on 'on s'en fiche', 'we don't care') is their light, playful red, made to be served chilled.
Made with minimal skin contact, this is fresh and lively, bursting with bright redcurrant and strawberry flavours. Refreshing and vibrant, perfect served chilled.
