Dom. Grosbois, Cuisine de ma Mere

Domaine Grosbois is a family estate in Chinon, in the Loire Valley's Touraine, the classic home of fragrant Cabernet Franc. 'Cuisine de ma Mère' ('my mother's cooking') is their fresh, juicy young-vine red.

Wonderfully fresh and juicy, perfect for summer drinking: chill it and enjoy it in the sun. From young vines on clay and sand, made for early drinking. The grapes are destemmed, macerated on their skins for five days, then fermented and aged in concrete.

Serve with: charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled sausages or a picnic. Serve lightly chilled.
