Domaine de Pallus, Chinon 2023

Domaine de Pallus is Bertrand Sourdais's biodynamically farmed estate in Chinon, in the Loire Valley's Touraine. Chinon is the Loire's classic home of Cabernet Franc, giving fragrant, fresh reds.

Deep ruby red with violet highlights. A vibrant, aromatic nose of raspberries, blackcurrants and cherries, with violet, graphite, crushed herbs and subtle earthy undertones.

Serve with: roast pork, lamb, charcuterie or goat's cheese. Lovely slightly cool.
