Flint Vineyard is a pioneering English winery in Norfolk, in the Waveney Valley. Précoce is made from Pinot Noir Précoce, an early-ripening form of Pinot Noir that suits England's cool climate.

Flint's freestyle take on a classic: a youthful, effortlessly smooth and bright Pinot that works brilliantly slightly chilled. Silky and juicy, with layers of bramble jam and white pepper, a super-bright, fruit-forward palate, well-integrated tannins and a gorgeously smooth finish.

Serve with: roast chicken, salmon, charcuterie or a picnic. Serve slightly chilled.
