Judith Beck ‘Ink’ 2023

Judith Beck farms biodynamically in Gols, on the shores of Lake Neusiedl in Austria's Burgenland. 'Ink' blends two Austrian red grapes, Zweigelt and St. Laurent, into a juicy, easy-going red.

Light to medium-bodied and lightly oaked. Soft, dark, juicy fruit is well balanced by subtle earthy and spicy notes.

Serve with: roast pork, charcuterie, schnitzel or mushroom dishes. Lovely slightly cool.
