This Pet Nat showcases a deep crimson colour with aromas of brown sugar, strawberry pulp, and a hint of briar. On the palate, it's lightly sparkling with earthy, chewy cherry fruit and a firm plum-skin grip. The wine is well-textured, with fresh raspberry acidity and a balanced finish.
