Le Telegramme, Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2021

Le Télégramme is the second wine of Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe, one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape's most famous estates, run by the Brunier family. It is made to be enjoyed younger than the estate's flagship, so it's a great way into top-flight Châteauneuf.

Aged in vats for 10 months, then in large foudres for a further 7 months before bottling. The result is a delicious, fruit-driven Châteauneuf-du-Pape that drinks very well in its youth.

Serve with: roast lamb, beef casserole, game or a winter roast.

80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 6% Mourvèdre, 4% Cinsault
