Nero d'Avola Kore, Colomba Bianca 2023

Colomba Bianca is a large grower-owned cooperative in western Sicily, and one of Italy's biggest organic producers. Nero d'Avola is Sicily's signature red grape, giving deep, generous, spicy reds. Kore is their organic Nero d'Avola.

An intense bouquet of rich, brambly fruit with black pepper spice. Concentrated on the palate, balanced by velvety tannins, with a long, elegant finish.

Serve with: pasta alla Norma, sausages, grilled lamb or pizza.
