Peterson Winery is a family winery in Dry Creek Valley, in Sonoma County, California. Dry Creek is one of the great homes of Zinfandel, with old vines that give rich, spicy, brambly reds.

Subtle berry and toasty oak aromas belie the delicious, mouth-coating flavours that follow. Luscious fruit is seamlessly balanced by oak and a restrained tannic structure, through to a long, seductive finish.

Serve with: barbecued ribs, burgers, pizza or slow-cooked beef.
