Mount Edward, Ted Pinot Noir, Central Otago, New Zealand, 2022

Mount Edward is a highly regarded organic producer in Central Otago, at the bottom of New Zealand's South Island. This is the world's most southerly major wine region, with a dramatic mountain landscape and a climate ideal for Pinot Noir. Ted is their more approachable, early-drinking Pinot.

Aromas of dark berry fruit, spice, savoury tones and thyme. A sinewy palate full of bright fruit, with a delicate herbal thread throughout.

Serve with: roast duck, lamb, salmon or mushroom dishes.
