Testalonga, The Dark Side 2023

Testalonga is the small natural winery of Craig and Carla Hawkins in the Swartland, north of Cape Town, one of South Africa's most exciting regions. Their wines are made with minimal intervention and have a cult following.

Bold and expressive, with a nose full of red berries, dark stone fruit and cocoa beans. Rich and juicy on the palate, with ripe plum, strawberry and a touch of spice.

Serve with: barbecued meats, lamb, burgers or a braai.
