Yves Cuilleron, Cavanos 2023

Yves Cuilleron is one of the northern Rhône's most respected winemakers, based in Chavanay. Cavanos is his Saint-Joseph, from the long strip of granite slopes on the west bank of the Rhône, which gives Syrah with lovely perfume and pepper.

Rich and fruity with an elegant structure. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry and violet, with hints of cracked black pepper.

Serve with: roast lamb, duck, venison or charcuterie.
