Cinq Pétales is made entirely from Cinsault in the Languedoc. Cinsault is the grape behind many of the palest, most delicate rosés of southern France, prized for its soft red fruit and gentle, floral perfume.

An elegant wine: fresh, summery and pale in colour. A dry rosé with hints of summer fruits, strawberry and wild raspberry. Food-friendly and delicious.

Serve with: salads, grilled vegetables, light pasta dishes or an aperitif in the sun. Serve well chilled.
