Le Roc Ambulle, Pet Nat Rose

Zero-sulphur and Vegan, this Rosé Pet Nat undergoes fermentation in a bottle sealed with a crown cap, trapping CO2 and resulting in a light fizz. It’s hazy due to the yeast cells left in the bottle, adding texture and savoury notes. Fresh and delicate, the wine offers vibrant flavours of ripe red fruits and citrus.
