Alice is made by Produttori di Manduria, a cooperative in the Manduria area of Puglia in southern Italy. Verdeca is a native Puglian white grape, rarely seen outside the region, and makes fresh, aromatic wines that are perfect with seafood.

Straw-yellow, with aromas of white flowers, citrus, pear and pineapple. The palate is dry and fresh, with a vibrant minerality.

Serve with: seafood pasta, grilled fish, burrata or as an aperitif.
