Babylonstoren Viognier, 2024

Babylonstoren is a historic Cape Dutch farm in South Africa's Cape Winelands, between Paarl and Franschhoek, famous for its spectacular gardens as well as its wines. Viognier, the aromatic white grape of the northern Rhône, thrives in the Cape sunshine.

Pale gold, with aromas of apricot, white peach and subtle floral notes. Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity, and flavours of stone fruit, citrus and a hint of minerality.

Serve with: roast chicken, pork, mild curries or creamy cheeses.
