Filippi is a family estate in the hills of Castelcerino, among the highest vineyards in Soave, near Verona. Their Soaves are made from Garganega, the region's native white grape, and show how good serious Soave can be.

Fresh aromas of white fruit and apple blossom, with great minerality on the palate and a persistent finish.

Serve with: risotto, seafood pasta, grilled fish or soft cheeses.
