Christophe Mittnacht, Pinot Gris 2024

Domaine Christophe Mittnacht is a family estate in Hunawihr, Alsace, founded in 1958. It was certified biodynamic in 1999, one of the first in Alsace, and is now run by Christophe and Yuka Mittnacht. Pinot Gris is one of Alsace's noble grapes, giving richer, fuller whites than Italian Pinot Grigio.

Dry and full-bodied, with limes, pears and a hint of spice.

Serve with: roast pork, chicken, mushroom dishes or mild curries.
