Colomba Bianca, Lavi Carricante 2023

Colomba Bianca is a large grower-owned cooperative in western Sicily, and one of Italy's biggest organic producers. Their Lavi range showcases Sicily's native grapes. Carricante is Sicily's finest native white grape, best known from the slopes of Mount Etna, and gives fresh, herbal, mineral wines.

Fresh and dry, with bright flavours of melon, ripe peach and fragrant herbs. The palate is lively and fruit-driven, finishing long with subtle hints of white pepper and sage.

Serve with: grilled fish, seafood pasta, caponata or as an aperitif.
