Doi Raps, Russolo. Bianco 2022

Doi Raps comes from Russolo, a family estate in Friuli in north-east Italy, a region famous for some of Italy's most aromatic and characterful white wines. This bianco blends three classic Friulian whites into a bright, generous glass.

Packed with surprisingly ripe fruit flavours of lychee, white peach and candied lemon. The ripe fruit is joined by white flowers and leads to a mineral finish.

Serve with: antipasti, seafood risotto, grilled fish or as an aperitif.
