Mineralstein Dry Riesling 2022

Mineralstein is a dry Riesling from Gerd Stepp in the Pfalz, Germany's warm, sunny wine region north of Alsace, where Riesling ripens fully and is usually made dry.

A lively, fresh colour with typical Riesling vibrancy. Delicate notes of nectarine and yellow peach with zesty lime. Great intensity, minerality and structure, with lovely crisp acidity and a superb fruity finish of ripe peach, nectarine, citrus and lime.

Serve with: Thai food, sushi, pork, smoked fish or as an aperitif.
