Aged in oak barrels for five months on fine lees, La Vigne Blanche has a vinous quality, with fresh herbal aromas of elderflower and ivy and a subtle touch of kiwi.
Serve with: goat's cheese (especially Crottin de Chavignol), seafood, grilled fish or roast chicken.
