August Kesseler is based in Assmannshausen in the Rheingau, Germany, and is one of the country's most celebrated estates, especially for Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder). The Daily August range is their everyday wine. VDP Gutswein is the estate-wine level of Germany's top producers' association.
