Babylonstoren Chenin Blanc, 2024

Babylonstoren is a historic Cape Dutch farm in South Africa's Cape Winelands, between Paarl and Franschhoek, famous for its spectacular gardens as well as its wines. Chenin Blanc is South Africa's signature white grape, and this unoaked version shows off its bright, fruity side.

Unoaked and crisp, with delicious flavours of lychee, stone fruit and melon, followed by fresh gooseberries and pears.

Serve with: Thai or Cape Malay dishes, salads, seafood or as an aperitif.
