Bodegas Cesar Florido, Fino, NV (1/2 Bottle)

Bodegas César Florido is a family sherry bodega in Chipiona, on the Atlantic coast of Andalucía between Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Rota. Fino is the palest, driest style of sherry, aged under a protective layer of yeast called flor. This is a half bottle, perfect for two.

Pale yellow, aged in solera for three years under flor. Aromas of dry almond. Crisp and dry.

Serve with: olives, salted almonds, jamón, prawns or tapas. Serve well chilled and finish within a few days of opening.
