Domaine Chanzy is based in Bouzeron, in Burgundy's Côte Chalonnaise, and also owns vineyards in the Côte de Beaune. Puligny-Montrachet is one of the greatest white wine villages in the world, and Les Reuchaux is one of its village-level vineyards.
Concentrated, balanced and aromatically complex, with a refined style that works with both delicate and rich dishes. Aged for 15 to 16 months in 228-litre French oak barrels, 12% of them new.
Serve with: lobster, turbot, scallops or roast chicken with cream sauce.
