Château D'Ollieres Rose 2025

Château d'Ollières sits in the village of Ollières in the Coteaux Varois en Provence, the cooler, higher-altitude heart of inland Provence, east of Aix-en-Provence. The elevation keeps nights cool, which gives the rosés here their freshness and fine acidity.

Pale salmon in colour, with delicate red berry flavours and zingy acidity. It has a lasting, elegant finish and delivers pure Provençal refreshment. This is the classic pale, dry Provence style at a very fair price.

Serve with: seafood, grilled fish, goat's cheese salads or simply as an aperitif. Serve well chilled.
